Hi, I’m Mike.
Nice to meet you.

I turn unclear problems into clear direction, and clear direction into results. I find the signal in customer behavior, the data, and the market, decide what’s worth building, and measure whether it worked. Design, development, and analytics taught me what’s real, what’s buildable, and what’s worth the team’s time.

See the work that matters to you.

Pick a starting point and answer a question or two. I'll show you the work that fits.

I use AI to test ideas before your team builds them.

I started in design, development, and analytics. Now I use AI to get from a customer problem to something people can click, before your team burns a sprint on it.

One person, from problem to something people can try

  1. 1Researcher

    Find the pattern

Interviews, support tickets, and market data turn into patterns faster, so the team sees the evidence sooner.

  2. 2Designer

    Shape the idea

A problem turns into wireframes and flows fast, so we test ideas with customers while changes are still cheap.

  3. 3Developer

    Make it real

Working prototypes and small tools turn a conversation into something people can click.

  4. 4Your customers

    React early

Real feedback shows up before the big build, so you commit with proof instead of a hunch.

What I’ve done with AI

Shipped

25% more accurate threat intelligence

I took an AI-powered threat intelligence platform from zero to launch inside ReliaQuest GreyMatter XDR, working with data science. It learns from real investigation feedback, and we held it to a number: ML precision.

Scoped

Recommendations for students

Discovery for a program recommendation engine at Western Governors University, the largest university in the US by enrollment. It looks at what students tell us and what they do, and uses both to predict who will succeed.

How I add AI to a product

It starts with the customer problem

At ReliaQuest, analysts kept leaving the product to look up threats somewhere else. That problem set the goal, not the model.

Good gets a number

Before we build anything, your team and I agree on the number that proves it works. For threat scoring, that was ML precision.

People stay in the loop

The platform learned from real investigations, so analysts could watch it get better and trust what it told them.

What I’d bring to your team

I’ve shipped machine learning in a security product and scoped an AI recommendation engine for a university. Put that experience together with a customer-first approach and you get AI features people actually trust. I’d start the way I did at ReliaQuest: with the customer problem, then agree on how we’ll know it works.

Let’s talk about AI

More than a decade of product work on technical products.

In every job I've owned the product from the first customer call to the release. I find the real problem, work out the solution with engineering and design, and ship it. The jobs looked different, but the goal didn't change: make complicated things clear and give the team what it needs to make good calls.
